About Us

Meet Caleb, Our Inspiration for Special Connections

Our son, Caleb, was diagnosed with severe autism at an early age. As parents, we struggled to find fun, safe, and accepting activities that suited his limited interests and sensory needs. This made it difficult for our family, including our two younger sons, to enjoy shared experiences together. But one thing always brought Caleb joy—movement. Whether it was a swing, a wagon, a wheelchair, or an adaptive bike, these moments became our “Special Connection.”

That’s why we started this ministry—to give other families in the special needs community the same joy and freedom we found through movement. Our adaptive bike rides create a space where families can experience the thrill of the ride, the warmth of connection, and the simple joy of being together.

If you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and are looking for a special needs community, let us know. We’d love to meet you!
